CROSSFIT 2260: What Our Clients Say

Ever since I started my training, I can tell a huge difference in my upper body strength.  These workouts have not only made me stronger, but they have done it quicker than any other strength training methods I have used before.  My shoulders and back which were always my weakest points are now much more defined.  I also know they are much stronger simply by the fact that I have doubled the amount of pullups I can do and increased the weight I can lift during most, if not all of the workouts.  I notice a huge difference in my upper body, but my legs are strong as well.  The reason I like these training sessions is because almost every workout we do encorporates the entire body.  I remember early on one day my workout took like 12 minutes or something.  I have never had my butt kicked in such a short amount of time.  I have spent  hours at the gym before and not felt as tired as I do after some of these sessions that take less than half the time to do.  It is very safe to say that I am satisfied completely.  Not only with my workouts, but with my trainer as well!! (you rock Steve!!)  I really feel  that I wouldn't have as much success if I was back at the gym doing things the way I used to and probably putting in double the amount of time.

We are from Utah and we dropped in to Crossfit 2260 this week to do a workout with a local affiliate.  We were so impressed with Steve and his Crossfit garage gym.  Not only did we get a killer workout but also great training and advice throughout the workout when our form began to wane.   We had a great time, thank you for having us Steve.  We will be back!

This is the best training I have had. It is a better  workout then I get in football practice or weightlifting. I wish you could coach me for everything.
