WHAT IS CROSSFIT -- Crossfit is an elite training and fitness program for anyone and everyone. Our workouts are made up of constantly varied functional movements, such as, pushing pulling, squatting, jumping and running. These exercises are applicable to real life. Most commercial gyms use machines that isolate particular muscles, but these lifts have no real life application. Therefore gym strength is much different then functional strength. The workouts themselves are completely scalable which means that a new participant and an elite athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Crossfit delivers incredible fitness for those that are just getting started, to those that need a sport specific routine. Crossfit works for anyone, from Grandmothers to kids.
