What Crossfit 2260 Provides

Crossfit 2260 LLC provides group classes or individual training throughout the day. These classes will include an environment that will motivate and encourage people to work out to the best of their abilities. Prior to starting any class sessions, a new client will need to take 4 mandatory classes to ensure that all movements are performed properly. Instead of allowing clients to work out without any instruction, as my competitors routinely do, I will make sure all exercises are understood and properly performed. Everyone will be overseen by a certified trainer to make sure that the exercises are done right. The old adage "perfect practice makes perfect" comes into effect. Every class will be different so a client can be assured that every day they will receive an intense workout without getting into a routine. Rest assured, even though you will be working out in my garage, you will recieve the best workout of your life. It will only be a short time before you notice a difference. We will also track and graph your progress so anytime you want to see how much you have improved, it will be available for you. Our pricing is about one third the cost of a trainer at a gym.
