Information and Consultation:
All that you need to start is a phone call or e-mail to us. You will start by getting and in depth description of what we offer, how things are run, and what you can expect. Since Crossfit 2260 is not your typical gym I am completely open to anyone coming down to view our equipment and get to know the trainers. We also know how walking into a corporate gym can be overwhelming and leave some with the feeling of "where to start" We want you to feel comfortable with were you work out and with who you are training with. This initial meeting is available to answer any questions you may have and give you a first hand look at what Crossfit 2260 has to offer

Foundations Course

The Foundation Course consists of four personal training sessions. We generally keep these sessions 1-on-1, but we will work with up to 4 people at once if you request (family, group of friends, etc). The sessions move at your pace while covering topics such as the proper warm-up, pressing, pulling, jumping, squatting, lifting, etc. Our goal is to make you feel confident and comfortable with all of our movements. Your trainer will work very closely with you to ensure you are challenged in a safe environment. All four sessions are taught by a certified personal trainer and will also include discussion on nutrition, sleeping habits, and how to combine CrossFit with your other sports (if applicable). These sessions can be spread out over a two week period to accommodate your schedule, but we encourage you to participate as often as possible to keep the concepts fresh in your mind.


Monthly Sessions

After you complete the foundations course you will be able to work out as many days as we are available. We offer group classes as well as one on one training. Each session will be overseen by a trainer and each individual will continue to recieve personal coaching. You will not be cut loose into a see of equipment like most are at commercial gyms. Instead we offer a quint environment with friendly knowledgable people to support you reach your goals. Whether you want to test to become a Firefighter, become better at a triathalon, or simply firm up and lose weight, I am positive your goals can be met at Crossfit 2260.
