WHAT IS CROSSFIT -- Crossfit is an elite training and fitness program for anyone and everyone. Our workouts are made up of constantly varied functional movements, such as, pushing pulling, squatting, jumping and running. These exercises are applicable to real life. Most commercial gyms use machines that isolate particular muscles, but these lifts have no real life application. Therefore gym strength is much different then functional strength. The workouts themselves are completely scalable which means that a new participant and an elite athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Crossfit delivers incredible fitness for those that are just getting started, to those that need a sport specific routine. Crossfit works for anyone, from Grandmothers to kids. Crossfit is the program for you if you are someone who

-Is looking to get in shape but doesnt want to join a gym.
-Are new to exercise
-Is looking to get faster or stronger
-Is preparing for a job in the military, fire service or police department
-Is no longer seeing results with your current routine

Every workout is different which means that you will rarely lose interest or get bored. Since our workouts include intensity rarely do they go over 45 minutes to an hour. This means a workout at Crossfit 2260 will fit into anyones schedule.
