This class will be geared toward the individual that is interested in CrossFit but doesn't want to jump into the group classes. We will be offering a beginners class that will be 3 days a week for 6 weeks. This class will go over technique, intensity, nutrition, and CrossFit principles and philosophies. All fitness levels are welcome. This will be a great starting point, whether you stay with CrossFit or start another fitness program, we will build a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

We will be having our finals to see who has the fastest time, and who made the greatest improvement. Prizes will be given out to the winners. Friends and family welcome!! This will be a fun event.

I was speaking with David, a trainer at CrossFit Breakaway in Virginia on Monday. He came up with this awesome graphic which will soon be in our gym. He came up with this design to sell shirts to help raise money for a family member who is suffering from breast cancer. I am sure we all know someone with cancer and know how rough that can be on a family. Please show your support by purchasing a T-shirt here.

On that note,  I would like CrossFit 2260 to get involved with a charity. Please post comments with a foundation or charity or cause that you would like to support. Once we have a direction I have numerous ideas of what the gym can do to show support. If you haven't posted a comment before, now is the time!!!
