My husband and I have been doing Crossfit for 3+months, he is 62 and I am 58 and never in our wildest dreams did we ever think we would be doing this. Our Son has been doing CrossFit in Chicago for 2 yrs. and suggested we try it. Well after some talking we agreed and we are happy we did, that's how we met Steve at CROSSFIT 2260, he is the best. I have high cholesterol and was prescribed meds but choose to change my eating habits and try CF first, well my levels are down and no meds are needed. I really think CF works, we are living proof that with hard work, and a great trainer with a positive influence and a real people person that Steve is you can do anything you attempt. We would recommend CrossFit to anyone no matter what their age is. We are stronger and have a lot more energy. Flexibility and strength are so important
as we get older and with our workouts we achieve it all. If motivation is the problem then come join our Crossfit team. Thank You Steve!!

Ever since I started my training, I can tell a huge difference in my upper body strength. These workouts have not only made me stronger, but they have done it quicker than any other strength training methods I have used before. My shoulders and back which were always my weakest points are now much more defined. I also know they are much stronger simply by the fact that I have doubled the amount of pullups I can do and increased the weight I can lift during most, if not all of the workouts. I notice a huge difference in my upper body, but my legs are strong as well. The reason I like these training sessions is because almost every workout we do encorporates the entire body. I remember early on one day my workout took like 12 minutes or something. I have never had my butt kicked in such a short amount of time. I have spent hours at the gym before and not felt as tired as I do after some of these sessions that take less than half the time to do. It is very safe to say that I am satisfied completely. Not only with my workouts, but with my trainer as well!! (you rock Steve!!) I really feel that I wouldn't have as much success if I was back at the gym doing things the way I used to and probably putting in double the amount of time.

I was always athletic in school but as I got older felt I didn't have the time or energy to work out. I paid for many memberships to gyms that I never used and bought many videos that are collecting dust on a shelf. Since I've started with Crossfit I've lost weight, built muscle and am overall more healthy. My cholestoral has dropped back to a healthy range and I am healthier than I've been in years. I have a lot more energy and am motivated to eat better as well. On the days that I don't exercise I find that I miss the workouts and the motivation and coaching I receive. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who knows they need to get into better shape but hasn't been motivated to before. The workouts are different each day and are tailored to each person's abilities.

This is the best training I have had. It is a better workout then I get in football practice or weightlifting. I wish you could coach me for everything.
